The course is aimed at lovers of Italian cooking, gastronomy and wine. A twenty-hour practical course in an agritourism farm is proposed, where the staff of the restaurant will explain the secrets of some Italian specialities. Wearing the apron of the chef, you will cook in a real kitchen and discover the gastronomic secrets of the area of the Venetian Pre-Alps in a familiar atmosphere.
A travel through homemade pasta, our meat, our seasonal appetizers and our desserts.
Needless to be said, you will discover the places where the famous Prosecco wine comes from and takes its name from, you will visit wineries and distilleries and taste their products.
Furthermore, a visit to the city of Venice is included, as seen from the inside and from the outside of its “osterie”, the traditional Venetian pubs famous for their wine and cooking. You will also visit other towns and cities such as Treviso and Vittorio Veneto, with guided and free tours, lunchs and dinners in culturally significant places.
What you will learn: every lesson is prepared by qualified staff and concerns our typical dishes, about which historical and geographical information will be given. During each lesson an interpreter will be present. Special menus will be examined, with attention to: appetizers with cold cuts, cheese and preserves, homemade pasta in its variants, white and red meat, carneval desserts and more, wines and grappas included.

Costs: 1000 € for adults, 400€ for kids, with further family special prices. (50% at the moment of booking, 50% at your arrival)
