The farm Moro Barel produces the 90% of the products prepared at the restaurant.

Moreover you may purchase: jam, fruit juices, sausages and, shortly, you may also buy fruits and fresh vegetables.
For cuts of meat and broiled meat on a spit come in the farm.

After the next grape harvest, that you may come to see, you can taste and purchase our Prosecco DOCG.

Our sausages

In Venetian culture “to put into sausage skins” is an art that has been handed down from generation to generation.

Among the sausages we find the most known “salami” and “sopressa”; while among the sliced salami we mention the “soracosta”, the “ossocollo”, the “lingua” (tongue) and the “filetto” (filet). Deserve a special mention the famous “muset” (cooked pork sausage) served hot and accompanied by horseradish (crèn). Finished the work of the butcher, we organize the traditional “Ossada de porzel” (dish of pork bones), because, according to tradition “Of the pig do not throw anything!”.


Persimmon became essential in the poor alimentation of the Treviso March during and after the two world wars thanks to the richness of its nutrients.

Ignored in the last few decades, the persimmon is gaining in importance among the most well known fruits.

Persimmon is proposed dehydrated and therefore more crisp, but especially more practical and purchasable by guests during the winter in vacuum – sealed packages.

The restaurant is open every Friday evening and every Saturday evening, while on Sunday all day. On request we can organize lunches for groups of people even in non – weekend days.

The rooms are open all year round.
We are into the farm holiday centre all the weekday till 18:30, then we are available only by phone.

Monday is our day of rest but, if necessary, you can leave a message on the answering machine.
